GreenDisclosure calculates emissions from the records your entity already keeps, such as fuel dispatches, electricity bills and contracts. For each line item it proposes the scope, explains why and cites the standard. The accountant reviews, decides and signs. It is free, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Under construction. We are looking for public entities to join the pilot: write to us.
Scope classificationExample Municipality, 2028
Diesel, waste collection trucksPlates CR-9001 and CR-9002, 21,240 liters57.7tCO₂e
The system recommends scope 3, category 5
The plates are not in the asset register and match waste collection contract C-2028-07. If the municipality directs the operation of that fleet, scope 1 applies.
Example with fictitious data, in tCO₂e. The undecided line item counts toward no scope until the accountant resolves it.
How it works
Upload your records
The Excel files your procurement or accounting system already produces. GreenDisclosure finds the headers, separates cancellations and leaves out total rows so nothing is counted twice.
Review the calculation
Every figure shows the emission factor used, where it comes from and its version. Global warming potentials are the IPCC’s.
Decide the scopes
The system recommends and explains. If you choose a different scope, you write the reason, and it is kept in the audit log with your name and the time.
Close and sign
The approved version is sealed with a digital fingerprint. To correct it, it is reopened with a reason, and the new version cites the previous one.
What it calculates
The emission sources a municipality or public institution has in its own operations.

Governance, risks and targets are also part of the SRS 1 report and are completed in the platform.
Your data
The platform is built on these rules:
Each entity sees only its own information.
The preparer uploads the data, the accountant approves, and the auditor reviews without being able to modify anything.
Excel files are not stored. The rows read and the file’s fingerprint are stored, which makes it possible to show later which file was used.
